Description

Tucked within the historic heart of downtown San Miguel de Allende,
Bald Mountain de Mexico’s newest project will bring the first five-star

features the Artesana Rosewood Residences, a new community of

boutique resort. Operated by the renowned Rosewood Hotels &
Resorts, the development will offer guests and owners the combination of
amenities and member services of a luxury resort with the authentic
experience of a historic Mexican artist community.

ARTESANA RESIDENCES:
Crafted by local artisans to look and feel like Old San Miguel, the
Artesana Residences will capture the historical essence of Mexico’s most
beloved town. There will be two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom
residences, ranging from 1,800-square-foot casitas to 7,500-square-foot
villas. Prices range from under $1 million to $3 million for the residences.
Residents will have access to resort amenities
Each of the homes will feature lush sunlit patios, gourmet kitchens, and
rooftop living space with panoramic vistas of San Miguel’s churches and
spires. Elegant fountains, arches and columns will be hand carved from
locally quarried limestone. Hand-wrought ironwork, boveda ceilings and
wood beams are just some of the other architectural features throughout all
Residences. In addition, homes with full basements have the opportunity
for wine cellars, home cinemas, full service area and staff quarters.
Offering customization programs, each Artesana Residence will be able to
reflect the individual buyers style.

BOUTIQUE RESORT:
The boutique resort will be the only five-star accommodation in the city of
